2005. Sold first equipment, second hand Schwing 28 meters.
2005.11. First received a stock of vast range of spare parts for concrete pumps
2006. Achieved to sell five (5) units within a year.
Isuzu 90B IHI 21 meters (Earthland Construction),
Isuzu 100B IHI 21 meters (Sahara Batching Plant Corporation), Schwing 28 meters (La Corona Ready Mix.), Samsung 28 meters (Metropolis Construction), and Samsung 32 meters (E.E.I. Corporation).
2007.05. Sold the first brand new Junjin 37 meters concrete pump.
2007.11. Flowcrete FTI, Taguig yard established.
2007. Achieved to sell one (1) units of used trailer pump, one (1) unit of brand new boom type concrete pump and six (6) units used concrete pump.
2008.03. ESTABLISHED FLOWCRETE Branch in Cebu City.
2008. Achieved total sales of 15 units to wit; three (3) units of brand new trailer pump JSP.90HP-D, three (3) units of brand new trailer pump JSP.2112H- D, one (1) unit Brand new Junjin 40 meters two (2) units Brand new Junjin
37 Meters, one (1) unit used Samsung 32 meters and five (5) units used Samsung 28 Meters.
2009. Achieved sales of pumpcrete from January to October, to wit; one (1) units
of brand new trailer pump – truck mounted Moli JFS-12H, two (2) units of brand new trailer pump JSP.90HP-D, one (1) unit of brand new trailer pump JSP.2112H- D, one (1) unit of brand new boom type JXR.38-4.16HP Mercedez Benz and one (1) unit of Used Samsung 28 Meters.
2010. Achieved sales of pumpcrete from January to December, to wit; three(3) unit of brand new trailer pump JSP2112H-D, two (2) units of brand
new boom type JXR38-4.16HP Mercedez Benz and Hyundai, one (1) unit brand new trailer pump JSP.90HP-D, one(1) unit brand new boom type JXR43-4.16HP Hyundai, and one(1) unit used boom type Samsung 32 Meter.
