FLOWCRETE CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT PHILIPPINES, INC.
has been nominated as an Authorized JUNJIN Agency for the following territory, terms and conditions:
PHILIPPINES
1.“Manufacturer” hereby appoints “Agency” as a exclusive distributor for the Product (concrete pumps only) in the territory (Philippines only) and “Agency” Accepts such appointment.
2. “Manufacturer” engages themselves to supply “Agency” with necessary technical assistance by means of informative and illustrated material and to
sell all advertising material suitable for promotion and advertising of the product.
3. “Agency” shall maintain adequate stocks of the product throughout the territory to meet its customers demand in time. “Agency” shall maintain adequate stocks of replacement parts, facilities and qualified mechanics throughout the territory and shall provide reasonable after sales-service to its customers.
4. This nomination shall become effective upon issuing and shall continue in full force and effect for the period of one year from the issuing date.
